AAPI has extended the promotion to become a patron member for only $100 until October 31, 2010. This promotion will only be for young physicians, such as residents, fellows, and physicans in practice for 5 yrs or less.

If you are an IPOF life member and want to take advantage of this promotion, we will try to find a nominating physician for you.

We recommend that all IPOF members become AAPI members as well. This will strengthen not only IPOF, but will also help strengthen our community.

Narendra Maheshwari M.D., IPOF Life Member, was elected as Chief of Medicine at North Broward Medical Center. Congratulations to him for this achievement.

Rajiv Chokshi M.D., annual member 2005, was elected as Chief of Staff at Broward General Medical Center. Broward General Medical Center is one of the largest hospitals in Broward County. IPOF congratulates him for this achievement.

PECOS is the enrollment system for Medicare providers and suppliers.

Physicians will need an approved enrollment record in PECOS to continue to order or refer items or services for Medicare beneficiaries.
